En plein air is a French expression that means “in the open air.” It is used by artists to describe the art of outdoor painting, capturing landscapes and views in natural light. This kind of art has been a popular practice for centuries and requires specific skills and techniques. 

This small group class will meet at a different location weekly. The instructor will share various watercolor techniques, different ways to approach composition as well as skills to capture light and texture.

Ages 9-13, a variety of skill levels are welcome

Fridays 3-5pm | September 4 - 25th

$25 material fee for first-time attendees (add to cart as a separate product)
